Cuebook is a pre-trade cognition network for sourced market context, creator-owned Frames, and simulated Paper Trades. It does not execute real-money trades or provide investment advice.

Email info@cuebook.app for account, privacy, safety, billing, App, or AI-agent connection support. Include the email on your Cuebook account, the affected client or device, the approximate time of the issue, and a description of what happened. Never send OAuth tokens, passwords, wallet recovery material, or private keys.

AI Agent and MCP Connections

For connection problems, first confirm that Cuebook reports the client as connected. If OAuth fails, send the client name, the visible error message, and the approximate time. Do not retry repeatedly or paste credentials into a conversation. You can disconnect a client from Cuebook at any time to revoke its grant.

Frame and Paper Trade Support

Publishing requires explicit creator intent. A successful publication is recorded in Cuebook App; Cuebook does not place a real order. Paper Trades are virtual simulations. If a Frame, settlement, or simulated order appears incorrect, include the public Frame reference or the approximate creation time, but do not include private tokens or internal credentials.

Privacy, Security, and Abuse

Use info@cuebook.app for privacy requests, suspected unauthorized access, impersonation, harmful content, or security reports. We may ask you to verify account ownership before changing or disclosing account information.

Response

We review support requests as quickly as practicable. Security, privacy, and account-access reports receive priority. Service availability and market-data freshness can vary, and market values in Cuebook are persisted snapshots rather than a live trading feed.
